Sonata Form is Jeff Carlson. He used to be a member in the 90's power pop band The Gladhands - but this time he put together a fine mix of 70's pop, West Coast, and Progrock.
It's really cool that the album sounds like it has been recorded back in 1979, Jeff is a pro when it comes to musicianship and lovely vocal arrangements.
This could very well be the lost recordings from the late Kevin Gilbert with Jellyfish that never took place but would've been a treat, if there was some truth to it, well Sonata Form is the closest we get
